The Fit Beyond Fifty online portal is a health, fitness, nutrition and healthy lifestyle resource aimed to inform the 50+ age group. Daryl is a fitness specialist and nutritionist with 20 years experience as a personal trainer and strength coach. Daryl has competed as an elite powerlifter and holds 2 Australian records which still haven’t been broken after 18 years. He also has experience in endurance sports having completed 7 Ironman 70.3 triathlons and numerous sprint triathlons.
