Night Skin Care

This is my night-time skin care routine. But, basically, I keep it simple and don’t use American products: they have too many nasty ingredients which are banned in Europe. Bioderma micellar makeup remover on eyes. Cleanse with Chanel Le Blanc foaming cleanser. Tone with Chanel Le Blanc moisturizing lotion. Apply Chanel Blue Serum. I also use Chanel Le Lift night mask and Clarins Super Restorative Total Eye Concentrate.

Tips/beauty hacks: Eat a lot of healthy fats; it’s good for the skin (avocado, almonds, olive oil, fat fish, etc…) and never wear any powder if you are over 50.  It’s all about that youthful glow.
