Let’s use the word ‘athlete’. Let’s say to ourselves: ‘I am an athlete.’ How does that feel? It feels really different, doesn’t it?”

“Let’s raise the bar. We have this capacity.”

“I have actual, real data about how my parasympathetic nervous system and its stress load is decreased by listening to this kind of music.”
