Robin co-founded Chōsen Experiences to help people establish a lifelong habit of curiosity and learning. Through her journey from a competitive martial arts athlete to leading clean-tech venture capital investments, she personally saw how stress and pressure negatively affects people’s health and decision making. Her quest is to change the world by helping people expand their comfort zone and take on big challenges of all kinds. We all avoid the difficult things we don’t understand, but by facing these challenges with good support around us we learn these can be good and promising. She tells us how to create a default plan of daily self-care: movement, brain health, proper nutrition and, most importantly, recovery.
